Our world continues to revolve and evolve and so does the world of lipstick. If you’re a lipstick lover, throughout this year I’m sure you’ve tried so many new and updated lip products. Of the many new lipsticks this year, I’m particularly interested in Maybelline’s new Super Stay Teddy Tint which already sounds interesting.
Super Stay Teddy Tint is a lipstick that is as “Teddy Soft” or smooth as a teddy bear. Of course, this refers to the texture which surprised me because it’s very soft and lightweight. But, since the name is “Tint” of course the product stays perfectly on the lips even for hours. I’ve tested its longevity throughout the day, and I think it’s so good that even when I eat and drink, the lipstick doesn’t completely disappear but still leaves a beautiful hue on the lips.
Other than that, there are a lot of advantages of this lipstick such as transferproof and again long-lasting, then the formula is hydrating for the lips because a lot of lip tint products make the lips dry and chapped but not with this product, even used all day, it is not dry, in my opinion. The applicator also deserves a thumbs up because with its precision shape, it’s very adaptable for all lip types and makes application neat and easy.
Coming in many soft and pretty shades, I chose the shade “current mood” which tends to be pinkish but neutral so it can suit many skin tones. On my lips it looks like a natural lip color, so it’s “my lips but better” or MLBB. The end result is magical because I think with a very light texture, it gives a beautiful blurred matte look, doesn’t look dry, and the lips still look healthy. The packaging is also very cute, adding aesthetic value to this product. Recommended!
