A Taste of Nostalgia: Buchymix Blender

1 year ago 25

Growing up, I ate a lot of beans. There were so many fascinating ways to eat it. With rice, as a porridge meal, as bean cake, as fried balls, as soup, and many others. It was always interesting to watch the processes and the end results.

One thing, however, that put me off and dampened my enthusiasm from time to time is having the beans peeled and blended for most recipes. For the longest time, it was the reason I did not cook any of the meals I loved as a child.

A while ago, I purchased the Buchymix blender. And it has been one surprise after the other. The blender comes with a huge jug and so many useful settings. In my case, it is perfect for peeling the beans to make byproduct meals. Something I have avoided for the longest time.

With the Buchymix blender, I simply use the pulse function to agitate the grains and get their skin peeled off. After pulsing for a short time, the skin of every bean has come off and is ready to be used for any recipe I select.

The Buchymix is also super great for blending the beans to a smooth purée. Compared to other blenders I have tried in the past, this blender gives me no anxiety about blending the beans. It does a smooth and fine job.

The blender also has a meat grinding function, a smoothie function, ice crushing and many other fantastic blending options.

Overall, the blender has made eating beans variants a desirable thing for me once again. I 100% recommend that you get it if you are hesitant about peeling beans like I am. Try it out today.
