Prior to finding Kuda Microfinance Bank, I detested the process of making interbank transfers and anything transaction using bank apps in general. I had issues with most banks ranging from network issues, to unexplained deductions, delayed reflection of transfers, and so many others.
I switched to Kuda MFB a few months ago, and I have been astounded by how well it has simplified my banking experience.
The first thing that drew me in was the 25 free transactions per month on the app.
It was a very handsome offer as I get to save some money on commission fees- especially on smaller amounts. Most older banks do not have anything as enticing. I have also found that my money stays exactly how I left it- no hidden maintenance fees.
I should mention my terrible spending habits as well. The app has a savings feature. Although I eventually withdraw the funds less than a month later, it is a great initiative.
Another thing I love very much is the app interface. I do not think bigger banks pay much attention to User Experience. Using the app is very interactive and I can even text a customer representative in-app. Very customer-centric.
I cannot speak enough about the speed and network. In less than five minutes, the recipient of the money receives it. I have never had a bad network day with them nor have I been stranded.
Overall, Kuda has made banking easy, efficient, and stress-free for me. Whether it is saving, paying bills, or just keeping track of my spending, it has become my go-to for monetary transactions. I totally recommend Kuda to anyone looking for a smart, simple way to manage their finances.
