Capturing instants of my life was a way to cherish time; thus, every time I went on yet another trip or shot amateur photos, it turned into an especial affair for me. The moment I heard about the Sony a6400, I knew just then and there. Drawn to sleek design and a light body, this camera was supposed to be my perfect companion in the journey ahead into the wonderful landscapes of Costa Rica.
First day in Costa Rica, woke up to explore the vibrant rainforest. Deep inside the greenery, I clicked with my a6400 onto the lushness around. Then, all of a sudden, out of amazement, the fast autofocus of the camera kept locking onto a breathtaking toucan high up on a branch. Press the shutter, and there the image was: crisp and vivid, really a testimony to the great capabilities of the a6400.
Further on my quixotic journey, as it were, the varied settings of this camera brought out its charms: I had been able to change the lenses on this camera, so switching over to a wide-angle lens had been a deliberate change with which to shoot those breathtaking views from Arenal Volcano. Dynamic range is quite good; colors are rich, stunning in their detail-in other words, natural beauty second to none.
While in the evening, on the balcony reviewing my day’s shoot, every single shot reminded me of not only breathtaking scenery but also some of the best moments I had: seeing all the wild lives so close, the sound of waves crashing with the shore, and the setting sun painting the sky with warm color. Actually, this is not merely capturing snaps with Sony a6400; it captures memories.
I am really glad the Sony a6400 worked out retroactively, and it’s truly what made me take an interest in photography regarding all the beauty outside. It’s just time to wait and see where its next adventure with me will take it!
