Although it’s already November, I still feel the spooky vibe from Halloween in October. What’s your costume? I’m sure it must be interesting, if you celebrate it. Aside from the costume to make Halloween perfect, don’t forget to use the right fragrance. Hollywood themed fragrance, really?
Yes, before Halloween I was looking for a Halloween themed fragrance and I found my favorite brand Bath & Body Works, Vampire Blood Fine Fragrance Mist. Sounds scary, right? Of course I wasn’t expecting a vampire smell or blood smell because it seemed impossible.
I finally ordered and did a test wear for some time, even until today. The result? I really like the fragrance which is very fresh, cheerful yet a bit sexy. After looking it up, the notes are: red berries, plum and jasmine. If I can describe it, it smells like a teenage girl transitioning into a mature woman. There’s freshness and playfulness from the flowers and fruits, but it feels sexy and mysterious at the same time, probably from the red berries which are quite dominant.
Honestly, the first time I used this fragrance mist, I was confused about the scent. After a few sprays, I was able to adapt. For the durability of the perfume, I want to write something that honestly I think only lasts 2 hours, but I am very understandable considering this is a fragrance mist and not eau de parfum. So I need to re-apply every time I need to, and I don’t mind.
With the tall bottle packaging Typical of Bath & Body Works, this mist is 236 ml and that’s a lot in my opinion. And of course with the striking packaging color which is red like blood, making this mist gives a strong and spooky vampire impression. When I wear this perfume some of my friends say I smell like fruit punch, some say like wine. Maybe this mist is not a favorite of many people, but also if you want to find something new this one is worth a try.
