Some years ago, for my upcoming annual vacation, I decided to travel out to spend some quality time with my family. I have not had the best luck with booking sites as of that time because of either abrupt booking cancellations or poor customer service support. I have used their metasearch engine to book flight tickets on numerous occasions, and they have never failed to deliver and make it affordable and convenient for me. And if you are worried about transportation, don’t worry, I was too before this platform simplified the process for me. At Booking.com, their bookings also extend to taxis and car rental services, so I have multiple options to timely move me around my new location before I even get on a plane to that place. What’s not to love about it?

Millions of accommodation facilities are listed on Booking.com, so their coverage can’t be underestimated. Searching for accommodation is simply an intuitive process: I select my target location, wait for the search results, go through the thoughtful reviews of previous guests of the accommodation facilities, and finally book the one that best suits my needs–all of which happens in the space of a few minutes.
Last but not least is the response time of their customer service. I have had some issues with my reservations, and on those rare occasions, I contacted customer service. Their response was polite and prompt, and the issue was quickly resolved.
